“Congratulations to the fab NFR teams at Barley yesterday! The men’s open team performed very well in 58 th place overall.

Despite nursing injuries and insecurities, the ladies v40 team finished in an excellent 6th place, less than 2 mins off the bronze medal !

All in all, a great day out at a well-organised event and some good laughs along the way with our friends at Elvet & Tynedale.

Next year, I believe the FRA relays are near Glasgow. Not too far away….Well done everyone & thanks for turning out.
