Perfect conditions (dry, calm and good visibility) for the 210 runners for this short sharp race starting at Broughton Mills.  The race climbs steadily on road before climbing to The Knott and Ravens Crag, past Stickle Tarn climbing steeply to Stickle Pike, on to Great Stickle descending steeply to the stony track down to Greenbank Farm and the finish at Broughton Mills.
 
A great little race, nice pies, biscuits and tea in the village hall afterwards.
 
First NFR back was Aengus McCulloch, followed by Charlie Stead, Paul Appleby, Peter Reed, Richard Cavner and ex NFR James Tomlin.
