20 mi / 3700' BL

I had a go at the 20 mile Hope Moors and Tors the other weekend (3rd Oct) - the weekend of bad weather. The Peak District was horrendous - incredibly bad weather - superb day though - stream in full flood up to and past knickers, blown over, torrential rain, wind etc - shuffled along with a couple of guys with a bag of very soggy and increasingly slimey jelly babies - it is a good route - an easier Edale skyline - 4hrs 45mins - 1st LV55.

There is a shuffle in the old legs yet.
